The venue never writes a cheque to start.
Tags, stock, cabinets, and software are ours. What a venue provides is wall space and permission. Revenue is shared, and the maintenance feed is included at every tier.

Item price plus a flat $2.00.
One fee per request regardless of how many items are on it, which is deliberate — it pushes basket size up rather than punishing it. Reporting a broken fixture is always free.
Nothing dynamic
No surge pricing, no charging more at 2am, no premium for urgency. The entire proposition rests on being the reasonable option in an unreasonable moment, and that dies the first time someone screenshots a $19 roll of toilet paper.
Payment at launch
Card and mobile wallet on the confirmation screen. No account, no stored payment, no receipt email unless asked. Payment is not wired up in this demonstration build.
Venue reporting
Monthly statement showing scans, conversion, revenue share, response times against target, and every fault report with time to close.
These numbers are proposed terms, not observed performance. No pilot has run yet. Any figure presented as a rate, share, or response target on this site is a design assumption to be tested, and is labelled as such wherever it appears.
